Description:

This workshop will describe recent policy research on the trafficking of women into Canada (or through Canada to other destinations) and the development of a policy approach to combat trafficking. Participants will be invited to discuss whether the approach is appropriate, has a gender perspective and addresses root causes and what approaches are taken in other countries
