 The 2005 Metropolis Conference will be held at the Metro Convention Centre.

We have arranged special rates at two hotels in downtown Toronto.
Availability and rates are guaranteed until August 8, 2005 only. Reservation requests must be received at the Secretariat no later than September 9, 2005.
The hotel will send you an official confirmation directly. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guests are requested to re-confirm their departure date after check-in at the hotel, as early check-out fees will apply.

Accomodations for the Budget Traveller
The guranteed $129.00 CDN per night rate at the Courtyard by Marriot allows for double occupancy. Sharing a room will reduce the per person rate to $59.50 CDN, plus taxes and fees.

Reservations made directly at the hotel by the participant will not be accepted at the conference rate.

Payment is accepted in Canadian dollars only by:

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations of hotel reservations must be made in writing (email, mail or fax) and received by the Conference Secretariat - JPdL no later than September 9, 2005.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 9, 2005. All reimbursements will be issued after the Conference.
